CREATING A CV

It may feel difficult writing about yourself, the following points may make it easier:

Presentation

Try to keep your CV to a maximum of two pages

Don't overdecorate your CV with fancy words or borders, what you write is far more important.

Structure

Ensure your name is at the top of the CV, with your contact details underneath it. This should include your address, contact telephone number and email.

Use bullet points rather than sentences, this helps to clearly detail what you are trying to put across.

Your career history, education and qualifications should be listed in reverse order.

If you have taken time out of your career, list it.
